  • It’s never too soon to order balloons! We recommend reaching out a minimum of three weeks prior to your event to help guarantee your date. Earlier is always better!

  • Get started by filling out our Installation Request Form. From there we’ll put together your initial consultation, color palette, (if appropriate we will include a digital mock up) and pricing quote.

  •  We must see the event space, in person, before we can commit to & confirm your event installation.

  • Ideally, most balloons are inflated & configured on-site. We recognize your event space may be rented for only the day of your event; however, we prefer access to a space on your event's site for installation prep, up to 2 days before your event, on average.

Minimum Pricing

funk|BALLOON’s installation pricing ranges from a minimum of  $600 (birthdays, store openings, galas, showers) to $1,200.00 for weddings & corporate-sized events. That being said, we want to help make your event special and can work to develop something within a limited budget (garlands, mini bundles, etc.)

Additional Pricing Considerations 

Rush orders (under 2 weeks) will include a minimum fee of $250.

We're in Pittsburgh, PA & you're in .... wherever!  We love to travel!  We'll travel a 25 mile radius of the city of Pittsburgh, PA (15201) at no additional charge. Additional charges will apply for travel beyond our normal service area. Contact us for travel pricing details & quotes.

The space for your installation must be cleared and clean. funk|BALLOON charges $250/hour to help clear or clean your space.

Unique spaces are our favorite to decorate!! ...but we do have to be mindful of accessibility & workability. For example, an installation in a space with 20ft. ceilings will require more than an 8ft. ladder. Additional pricing may be included if we have to solve for that. We'll discuss this during our initial consultation.
